Gianluca Vialli (* Cremona, Italy, July 9, 1964). Began his career in 1980, playing for his hometown Cremonese. After scoring ten goals in 1983/84 season, he was transferred to Sampdoria. Blues coach, was fired in February 1998 and Vialli was appointed player-coach. He became one of the most successful coach in the history of the club, winning the League Cup and European Cup Winners' Cup a few months to take charge of team.
